OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

1. HOW TO ENTER

a. These rules govern the Play 60 Clinic at Halas Hall promotion (the "Promotion") being conducted by WBBM(AM) and WCFS(FM) (collectively, "the Stations") beginning at 12:00AM Central Time ("CT") on Monday, October 17, 2011and ending at 11:59PM CT on Sunday, November 13, 2011 (the "Promotion Period").

b. To participate in the Promotion, you may log onto www.play60contest.com during the Promotion Dates and follow the links and instructions to enter the Promotion. Each online entry must include the entrant's first and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, date of birth and a valid email address in the online entry form. Only one (1) internet entry per person and one (1) internet entry per email address is permitted. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning an email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Entries submitted will not be acknowledged or returned. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Stations. Stations' computer is the official time keeping device for the Promotion. The Stations are not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties and other technological problems.

c. Only one (1) internet entry per person and one (1) internet entry per email address are permitted during the Promotion Period. All online entries must be received by 11:59PM CT on Sunday, November 13, 2011.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a. The Promotion is open to all parents and/or legal guardians who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in Lake, McHenry, DuPage, Cook, Kane, Will, Kendall, and Grundy Counties in Illinois, Lake or Porter Counties in Indiana or Kenosha County in Wisconsin. Your child must be enrolled in either public or private school and must be in grades Kindergarten through grade 8 at the time of your entry. Employees of the Stations, their licensee, each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, Stations' advertising and promotional agencies, its participating sponsors, other radio stations in the Chicago metropolitan area, the members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling or child) and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to enter or win. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

b. Persons are eligible to win a prize in a Promotion conducted by the Stations only once every thirty (30) days and only once every six (6) months if the prize is valued over $600. Only one (1) winner per household is permitted in any Station promotion.

c. The winner must provide valid government-issued photo identification and provide their complete address, date of birth and phone number to claim a prize.

d. Entrants are required to provide truthful information and the Stations will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Stations will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements. The Stations will also delete any entry knowingly received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

3. PRIZES

a. Twenty (20) Prizes will be awarded in the Promotion. Each prize is the opportunity for the winner (parent and/or legal guardian) and their child to participate in a two (2) hour "Play 60 Clinic" on Monday, December 5, 2011 starting at approximately 5:00PM CT at the Walter Payton Dome at Halas Hall, located at 1000 Football Drive Lake Forest, IL 60045. Winners and their children will play a flag football game for one (1) hour, receive a thirty (30)-minute instruction on Play 60 routines, attend a thirty (30)-minute autograph and photo session, and receive one (1) commemorative Play 60 poster with Israel Idonije. The "Play 60 Clinic" will be hosted by Chicago Bear Israel Idonije on Monday, December 5, 2011 starting at approximately 5:00PM CT. Ground transportation to and from Halas Hall is the responsibility of each individual winner. The "Play 60 Clinic prize" with Israel Idonije has no cash or other value.

b. If the winner cannot attend on dates specified by the Stations, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at the Stations sole discretion. The winner must sign a Publicity and Liability Waiver and Release form for both themselves and on behalf of their child prior to participating in the "Play 60 Clinic". If the "Play 60 Clinic" event is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, or for any reason beyond the control of the Stations, the Stations sole responsibility to the winner will be to award the remaining available portion of the prize and no substitution or compensation will be provided for the unawarded portion of the prize. The Stations reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or child if either engages in a disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the "Play 60 Clinic".

c. All prize letters will be sent to the winner using either UPS or another delivery company. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within ten (10) days of winning. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. The Station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

d. There is no substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes or cash of comparable value. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and unless otherwise expressly specified, do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. If Chicago Bear Israel Idonije becomes unavailable, a substitute current Chicago Bear player will be used. Other restrictions may apply.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

a. Decisions of the Station management with respect to the Promotion are final.

b. On or about Monday, November 14, 2011 at approximately 11:00 AM CT, twenty (20) winners will be selected by the Stations through a random drawing from all eligible online entries received during the Promotion Period.

c. Odds of winning a Prize depends upon the number of eligible online entries received during the Promotion Period.

d. Winner(s) need not listen nor be present to win. Winner(s) will be notified by the Station via email and telephone within twenty four (24) hours of the drawing. If any qualified winner is found to be unreachable within twenty-four (24) hours of notification attempt, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries.

e. The winner must execute and return any required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within ten (10) days of winning or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize.

5. CONDITIONS

a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. The winner will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 with the winner's full Social Security Number or the equivalent for receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more or for any prizes awarded by the Station (or any other CBS Radio station in Station's market) in a calendar year with an aggregate value of $600 or more. Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent will result in forfeiture of the prize. Such winnings of $600 or more will be reported to the IRS.

b. By participating in the Promotion, the winner agrees to have the winner's name, voice and likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to the Promotion without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Stations, in their sole discretion, may require Promotion winner to sign a liability release for both themselves and on behalf of their minority aged child(ren), agreeing to release and hold harmless the Stations, their licensee, each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, their respective officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives and all of their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize and participation in the Promotion.

d. If for any reason this Promotion cannot be executed as planned, including, but not limited to, as a result of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Station that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, or if the Promotion is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Station reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated before the original end date, the Station reserves the right to select the winners by random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect entries received as of the termination time/date or otherwise modify the procedure for selecting winners.

e. The Stations, in their sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Stations' website. Failure to comply with the rules of the Promotion may result in a contestant's disqualification and/or forfeiture of any prize or prizes. If the Stations make a good faith determination that an entrant has cheated or committed fraudulent activity in connection with a Promotion, the Stations reserve the right to disqualify that entrant from entering and/or winning future Promotions and to prosecute and seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

f. The Stations reserve the right to make changes in the rules of the Promotion, including, without limitation, the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Stations, any competition or prize-related event or travel is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Stations reserve the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the Promotion and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

g. The Stations are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of a prize.

h. For a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by November 13, 2011 to "Play 60 Clinic - Official Rules," Attn: Promotions, WBBM, Two Prudential Plaza, Suite 1100, Chicago, IL, 60601. For the names of the prize winners send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by January 16, 2012 to the above address marked "Play 60 Clinic - Winner List." The Official Rules and the Winner List (when completed) shall also be available during regular business hours at the main offices of the Station and may be posted online at www.play60contest.com.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESSTHE STATIONS, CHICAGO BEARS, THE NFL, AND THE RESPECTIVE SHAREHOLDERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, ATTORNEYS, CONTRACTORS, ADVERTISING AGENCIES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS AND INSURERS OF EACH (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASED PARTIES"), FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, WHICH MAY BE DUE TO OR ARISE OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST OR ANY PORTION THEREOF, OR THE ACCEPTANCE, USE/MISUSE OR POSSESSION OF PRIZES, OR ANY PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. ENTRANTS WAIVE ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

BY ACCEPTING A PRIZE, WINNERS AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM AND AGAINST ALL LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR INJURIES, DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND TO PERSON OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST; FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE, AND/OR AWARDING OF ANY PRIZE; FROM PARTICIPATION IN ANY PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY OR ANY TRAVEL RELATED THERETO WHICH MAY BE SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH THE RECEIPT, OWNERSHIP OR USE OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY INJURY, DAMAGE, DEATH, LOSS, ACCIDENT OR DELAY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY DUE TO AN INTENTIONAL ACT AND/OR BY ANY ACT OF GOD. FURTHER, NO RESPONSIBILITIES ARE ACCEPTED BY RELEASED PARTIES FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, RE-ROUTING, OR ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENT OR AUTHORITY. RELEASED PARTIES MAKE NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, WHETHER NOW KNOWN OR HEREINAFTER ENACTED, RELATIVE TO THE USE OR ENJOYMENT OF ANY PRIZE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

The National Football League, its member professional clubs, NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Productions, LLC and NFL International, LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively the "NFL Entities") will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or any prize awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this sweepstakes in any way.

7. PRIVACY

a. By use of the Stations' website or by entering the Promotion through the Stations' website, you agree to the website's Terms of Use Agreement located at http://chicago.cbslocal.com/terms-of-use and to the use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at http://chicago.cbslocal.com/terms-of-use.
